Entry fees are $130 per class.
All entries after September 27, will include a $100 late fee ($230 first class, $130 additional classes.)

Following are descriptions of the various competitor divisions. The available divisions and classes (such as height, weight or age ranges) may vary in different events. If you have questions, use the contact us to get in touch.

Crossovers: available to compete in all divisions & categories in which they qualify except for the Fit Model division.

Teen: This division is open to athletes 18 and 19 years old. The athlete must be at least 18 years old on the day of the competition and may compete in the Teen division up to the day prior to their 20th birthday. Rule Update: 1/28/2022

True Novice: For first-time NPC competitors only.

Novice: A competitor must not have placed Top 10 at a National Show

Masters: Must be at least 35, 40, 45, 50, 60 or 70 years of age or older as of competition date in 2026.

Open: Open to any NPC Athlete

CHECK-INS PROCEDURES:*

• Only athletes will be permitted in the room during weigh-in.
• No Saturday morning weigh-in.
• Athlete goody bag & t-shirt will be given to athletes while supplies last.
• Fit Model division may not crossover into any other divisions. All other athletes may crossover to other divisions.
• Classic Physique and Men’s Bodybuilding must wear suits to check-ins.

IFBB PRO WOMEN’S / NPC WOMEN’S

• Bodybuilding & classic physique competition suits must be worn to weigh-in for approval.
• All Suit Bottoms MUST fit in “Good Taste” If you have a question relative to whether your suit is appropriate please bring a second suit. Inappropriate suits will NOT be permitted onstage.

• The National Physique Committee is the premier amateur physique organization in the world. Competitors must comply to the NPC rules and regulations.
• Due to venue rules, all athletes wearing tanning products must wear long sleeve shirts and long pants to sit in auditorium seating. No exceptions!
• Bands can be brought for pump-up. No weights will be allowed in pump-up area.

• No video equipment will be allowed in the auditorium. NO DETACHABLE LENSE CAMERAS are allowed.
• No soliciting of photo or video services is allowed on the premises.
• No camera bags, tripods and other equipment is allowed in the auditorium.
• The National Physique Committee prohibits the use of camera/video photography, video recording, audio recording, and live streaming at any of its sanctioned or promotional events. Express permission must be granted and approved by the National Office.

• All bodybuilding, women physique & men’s classic physique athletes must supply their own music.
• NPC Athletes will receive a link to upload your music within your Muscleware registration confirmation email.
• Music must be in MP3 format.
• The NPC reserves the right to determine the number of competitors that will pose at Finals.
• Music for Bodybuilding, Women’s Physique, & Men’s Classic Physique should be no longer than 60 seconds and must contain only the music being used for posing.
• NO PROFANITY IN MUSIC WILL BE PERMITTED OR ALLOWED OR THE COMPETITOR WILL BE IMMEDIATELY DISQUALIFIED.
