Southern NATURAL Showdown
The Southern Natural Showdown brings together top NPC amateurs and elite IFBB Pros for one powerhouse weekend in Lawrenceville, Georgia.
Amateurs battle for qualification to the Ben Weider Naturals Pro Qualifier and Pittsburgh Natural Pro Qualifier, while the IFBB Pro League stage features:

REGISTRATION
Entry fees are $130 per class.
All entries after November 16, will include a $100 late fee ($230 first class, $130 additional classes.)
*There is a $30 additional fee for drug-screening for each competitor.
A valid NPC card is required for competitor entry to any show.

This new 70,000 SF facility will feature a 6,000 SF stage with a fly loft, an automated rigging system, and a catwalk system with access to lighting platforms and a follow spot booth.
The new theater has a seating capacity of 2,000 guests and will also contain a 5,000 SF Black Box Theatre sized to accommodate up to 300 guests in a more intimate setting.
This is the perfect venue to showcase the Southern Natural Showdown.

CHECK-INS PROCEDURES:*
- Only athletes will be permitted in the room during weigh-in.
- Fit Model division may not crossover into any other divisions. All other athletes may crossover to other divisions.

Classic Physique and Men’s Bodybuilding must wear suits to check-ins.
- No Saturday morning weigh-in.
- Athlete goody bag & t-shirt will be given to athletes while supplies last.

EVENT RULES
COMPETITION RULES
- Bodybuilding & classic physique competition suits must be worn to weigh-in for approval.
- All Suit Bottoms MUST fit in “Good Taste” If you have a question relative to whether your suit is appropriate please bring a second suit. Inappropriate suits will NOT be permitted onstage.
NPC & VENUE REGULATIONS
- The National Physique Committee is the premier amateur physique organization in the world. Competitors must comply to the NPC rules and regulations.
- Due to venue rules, all athletes wearing tanning products must wear long sleeve shirts and long pants to sit in auditorium seating. No exceptions!
- Bands can be brought for pump-up. No weights will be allowed in pump-up area.
PLEASE NOTE
- No video equipment will be allowed in the auditorium. NO DETACHABLE LENSE CAMERAS are allowed.
- No soliciting of photo or video services is allowed on the premises.
- No camera bags, tripods and other equipment is allowed in the auditorium.
- The National Physique Committee prohibits the use of camera/video photography, video recording, audio recording, and live streaming at any of its sanctioned or promotional events. Express permission must be granted and approved by the National Office.
NPC POSING & MUSIC
- All bodybuilding, women physique & men’s classic physique athletes must supply their own music.
- Competitors will not use music at prejudging.
- NPC Athletes will receive a link to upload your music within your registration confirmation email.
- Music must be in MP3 format.
- Music for Bodybuilding, Women’s Physique, & Men’s Classic Physique should be no longer than 60 seconds, must contain only the music being used for posing.
- NO PROFANITY IN MUSIC WILL BE PERMITTED OR ALLOWED OR THE COMPETITOR WILL BE IMMEDIATELY DISQUALIFIED.
